Weight Loss Tips | If you want to lose 50 pounds or more……
Don’t lose weight too quickly.
I know this website talks about losing weight quickly….however,
listen to someone who has lost over 50 pounds and kept it off for over 20 years (ME!).
Most people that are successful in losing weight – especially those of us that have a lot to lose – will have weeks where the weight drops off quick and then weeks where the scale does not seem to budge.
Be happy with a slower weight loss.
Remember, you are so much less likely to gain back the weight that you lose slowly and your body will have time to adjust to the weight loss (i.e. less saggy skin!)
