1. Stop eating by 7:30 pm
If you want to know how the best way to grow as big as a Sumo wrestler, you will want to eat right before you go to bed and then get up in the middle of the night and eat a second dinner. Bottom line…..don’t eat like a Sumo wrestler. Stop eating by 7:30 pm.
2. On average, get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day
Imagine how you would look and feel in only 1 month, if you had exercised for an average of 30 minutes every day. Well, now keep imagining and then get off the couch and move. The next 30 days is only a month away!
3. Eat Raw food EVERY Day.
Raw = Alive.
You are what you eat.
