The KEY to losing weight is simple
Eat less and MOVE MORE.
It really is a simple formula.
Maybe that is why we sometimes think there has got to be a "miracle" or "secret" way to lose weight.
Simple just seems….well…too simple.
Some of you might be wishing you could take a pill to change your weight.
But you did not put the weight on overnight and it won’t come off overnight either.
I have kept off a 50 pound weight loss for over 20 years.
Trust me….I avoided exercise at first — I wanted to control my weight with my diet alone.
I later found that exercise increased my metabolism and energy and helped burn calories.
I also enjoyed the feeling after a workout.
My body appreciated the exercise! 
The key to continuing to exercise is to find something you enjoy doing.
My favorites currently are: hiking, walking, elliptical machine, jumping on my trampolines, yoga stretches, lifting weights (little ones!), jogging a little.
So….try a new activity.
You could join your local tennis, badminton, table tennis, baseball or any other club.
You could buy a treadmill and require yourself to be on it if you are going to watch your favorite tv show.
You may find you like dancing or aerobic dvds or jumping on a mini trampoline.
Just find something….anything to get you off the couch and start moving.
