You have probably heard this before – but this is TRUE!
When you shop for groceries stay on the outer edges of the store for more healthy foods.
Most grocery stores have their produce and other healthier refrigerated choices on the outside perimeter of the store.
The processed not-so-good-for-you stuff is usually in the inside aisles — so limit your time there.
Avoid the desserts sections.
Spend more time in the fruit and vegetable aisles.
And lastly, park your car a block or two away from the store and walk or jog to the store.
