Quick Ways To Lose Weight | What do you LOVE to do…besides eat!
What do you love to do most? ………..other than eating! 
Here is what I want you to do:
Write down 10 things you really love to do.
Put the list in an important place (maybe on your fridge door!).
Now…when the urge to eat hits you… do something on your list instead.
Start with item #1 on your list and start doing each item in sequence.
Chances are by the time you have reached your 4th or 5th interesting thing on your to do list you will have forgotten about your urge to eat.
Sometimes you may eat because you are bored — this little tip will help you do something better for yourself when those moments hit you.
