Mini Trampoline with Safety Rail – A Great Way To Get Exercise
Mini trampoline with safety rail (shown above) that I use in my home – it is one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment!
Trampoline rebounding is such a fun and easy exercise.
It is basically just jumping on a mini-trampoline in a controlled but fun way.
It is low impact so you won’t damage or injure your joints.
It is aerobic so you can get your heart rate up and you can burn some calories.
NASA has even given it the seal of approval as being the most efficient workout ever.
If you think exercise is boring, tedious or uncomfortable, I urge you to give rebounding on a mini trampoline a try.
Once you start bouncing, 20 to 30 minutes will have passed pleasurably before you have even realized it. It is great to turn on your TV to a favorite show and just bounce through it.
I highly recommend a mini trampoline with safety rail so that you can stay balanced when you first start out. You may find later that you want to remove the safety rail as you get more comfortable and experienced with rebounding.
So what can rebounding on the mini trampoline with safety rail do for your health?
Glad you asked!
Here are the health benefits of rebounding:
- Improves circulation of oxygen to all of your body’s organs
- Helps your heart and lungs function better
- Strengthens your immune system (your immune system defends you against millions of bacteria, microbes, viruses, toxins and parasites that would love to invade your body)
- Strengthens and drains your lymphatic system (the lymphatic system is an extensive drainage system that returns water and proteins from various tissues back to the bloodstream)
- Boosts energy levels (who does not want more energy?)
- Lowers cholesterol
- Aids in digestion
- Increases metabolism (yea!! This means we burn more calories!)
- Reduces stress and anxiety
Now with all those benefits of rebounding….what are you waiting for?
Get started today and rebound your way to better health.
