I love the show THE BIGGEST LOSER.

This show motivates me every time I watch it.

Tune in to see "The Biggest Loser" on NBC on Tuesday nights.

I think you can see the past seasons on BRAVO channel if you want to. I would watch it if you want to get motivated to stay on your weight loss program.

I lost over 50 pounds many years ago and when I watch the show it reminds me of where I used to be and how far I have come in this journey of health and fitness.

Let me be frank with you…..if you are anything like me and love food the way I do….you will battle the bulge your entire life. I have had to watch what I eat every day since I lost the weight…and that is okay.

I much prefer being healthy and slim to being overweight, low energy, can't find clothes that fit, want to hide my pudgy body, etc. etc.

It is worth it to stay on a health program, drop the pounds and get fit.

Watching the Biggest Loser show will encourage you if you are serious about changing your body and your mind and your whole outlook on life.

I will be watching every week and I hope you do too. You can successfully create the fitness level and health you desire. You can do it. If I can….anyone can.

Go for it!

P.S. I just found out Jillian Michaels will be back as a trainer this season. She is tough but she knows what she is talking about. She was overweight in her past too and she conquered it. So can you. Her program will really help you.
