Overnight Weight Loss
Overnight Weight Loss
The rise in the number of fast foods joints that have a lot of saturated fat in the meals, the use of a lot of refined sugar in sodas and other processed foods and eating food with less fiber have all contributed to the fact that there are more people than before who are classified as either overweight or are obese.
Not only are people battling obesity from overeating and inactivity…..you also have to deal with your metabolism slowing down as you age making it harder than before to burn the food that was just consumed.
The rate that a person loses weight is commensurate to how it is gained. You did not gain 10, 20, 30, or more pounds overnight and it will not come off that fast either.
Weight loss depends on the condition of the person which includes weight, health, calorie-intake, age, gender, lifestyle, stress level and routine.
Get involved with a balanced diet and exercise plan and choose one that you can live with for the rest of your life.
After losing over 50 pounds over 20 years ago, I learned that if I was going to keep the weight off I could not return to my bad habits that got me so fat.
I had to make changes in my lifestyle. However, being thin and healthy far outweighs any enjoyment I got from eating a bunch of high calorie foods.
I still get to have my sweets or "fun" food but now I do it in a controlled way.
It is worth it – I promise you. And you CAN get control of your weight and your life too.
Never give up — just get up every day and do your best and make it happen. YOU CAN DO IT!!
