Rapid Weight Loss
The problem with rapid weight loss is the fact that it generally results in rapid weight gain again.
Any weight-loss program that results in rapid weight loss is generally not based on good nutritional planning and when this is missing the body craves more food to make up for the nutritional imbalance and this results in weight gain.
Any rapid weight loss program that will be of any benefit is one that still supplies you with the full complement of vitamins and minerals to maintain a good nutritional balance.
Anything other than that will result in failure to lose weight and continue to keep the weight off.
It is possible to have rapid weight loss provided you maintain your nutrition and this often involves having to take additional supplements and also in most cases it will require a fitness program; preferably a weight lifting program where muscle is built and fat is burnt.
This is always the best way to have rapid weight loss.
